Located at the gateway to Miami’s iconic Little Havana, Cam Group acquired and repositioned this office property in 2018. The existing building was renovated, with the firm’s headquarters established on the third floor and the remaining space fully leased to third-party tenants. To celebrate the neighborhood’s character, Cam Group partnered with Oceans Bank on a large-scale mural marking the entrance to Little Havana. The project reflects Cam Group’s approach to revitalizing urban assets—combining strategic redevelopment, community engagement, and long-term ownership to create enduring value. 

Hialeah Medical &
Professional Center
4300 W 12th Ave

Cam Group acquired, entitled, and developed this 43,824-square-foot medical and professional office building in Hialeah. Now in lease-up, the project is designed to meet the needs of physicians, healthcare providers, and professional tenants alike. With abundant parking, accessibility features for patients with special needs, and thoughtful architectural planning throughout, the building delivers a modern, efficient environment for high-quality medical and professional services. 

AcadeMir Charter School Site 
5800 SW 135th Ave

Cam Group acquired and entitled this site for the development of AcadeMir Charter School Middle. The team secured site plan approval and successfully negotiated complex utility access with Florida Power & Light (FPL), enabling full project feasibility. Following entitlement and resolution of the utility challenges, Cam Group sold the property with approvals in place—demonstrating its ability to unlock value through strategic planning and execution.

Micro Living Residences
821 SW 18th Ave

Cam Group acquired this aging multifamily building in Little Havana and executed a full renovation down to the shell. The property was reimagined into efficient micro two-bedroom, one-bath units, offering attainable housing in a rapidly appreciating neighborhood while maintaining strong rent performance on a price-per-square-foot basis. The project exemplified Cam Group’s value-add strategy—combining thoughtful design, affordability, and market insight—and ultimately sold for three times its acquisition cost. 

Cam Group Former Headquarters
7190 SW 87th Ave

One of Cam Group’s first ground-up developments, this 112,000-square-foot Class A Mediterranean-style office building set a new standard for quality and design in the South Miami market. Cam Group acquired, entitled, and developed the property, which later served as the firm’s headquarters. The project exemplifies Cam Group’s early commitment to timeless architecture, meticulous planning, and long-term value creation through premier office development.

7-Eleven Fuel & Dining Concept
11190 SW 211th St

Cam Group acquired this half-acre parcel and is currently entitling it for a next-generation 7-Eleven gas station featuring an in-store dining component. The firm negotiated a long-term lease with 7-Eleven and will develop the site as a build-to-suit project. This development highlights Cam Group’s ability to align with national tenants and deliver innovative retail concepts that enhance convenience and community access. 

Chase Bank Branch Development
2000 SW 57th Ave

Cam Group acquired and entitled this high-visibility corner site, securing site plan approval and negotiating a long-term land lease with Chase Bank for a new branch location. By structuring a favorable lease with a triple-A credit tenant, Cam Group achieved a premium sale price and delivered strong returns to investors. The project exemplifies Cam Group’s expertise in value creation through strategic tenant relationships, thoughtful entitlement, and deal execution with national credit tenants.

Fresenius Dialysis Center
17520 S Dixie Hwy

Cam Group acquired this one-acre former AutoZone site with plans to redevelop it into a state-of-the-art kidney dialysis treatment center. The project includes a 2,500-square-foot expansion to the existing 7,500-square-foot building and a long-term lease with Fresenius Medical Care—an international healthcare leader headquartered in Germany with over €19 billion in revenue and a strong credit rating. Currently in the entitlement phase, construction is slated for 2026. The project exemplifies Cam Group’s strategy of transforming underutilized properties into high-value, mission-driven assets anchored by world-class tenants. 

Hochberg Preparatory School
412 SW 11th St

Located in Hallandale Beach, this site was acquired and entitled by Cam Group for the development of Hochberg Preparatory School, a component of the Posnack School network. The K–12 Jewish day school integrates general and Judaic studies, providing a strong academic foundation within a modern educational environment. Cam Group’s role in securing entitlements and preparing the site enabled the successful expansion of a respected regional school operator. 

 Doral Medical Plaza
10305 NW 58th St

This 67,000-square-foot medical office development in Doral showcases Cam Group’s expertise in repositioning complex assets. Brought in after the shell was built, Cam Group restructured the debt, completed construction, and implemented a targeted leasing strategy. Within months, the property reached 100% occupancy, anchored by a leading plastic surgeon, an OB-GYN practice, and a medical spa occupying the retail component—transforming a stalled project into a stabilized, high-performing medical destination.

Coral Gables Office Development 
760 Ponce de Leon Blvd

Cam Group acquired this legacy Coral Gables office building with plans to redevelop it into a premier Class A medical and professional destination. The firm secured unanimous recommendations to rezone portions of the site from single-family to multifamily and commercial low-rise, paving the way for a new 110,000-square-foot medical office with integrated retail and a 5:1 parking ratio. Designed by renowned architects Behar Font Partners, the project will embody Mediterranean architectural standards while enhancing Coral Gables’ urban fabric—positioning it as the city’s leading address for high-quality medical and professional services. 

Chipotle & Wingstop Retail 
1747 - 1775 SW 8th St

Located on Miami’s iconic Calle Ocho in the heart of Little Havana, Cam Group acquired this one-acre retail site occupied by Rainbow, Family Dollar as well as smaller underutilized retail spaces. The firm secured entitlements to reposition that retailand is currently renovating the space for new national tenants, Chipotle and Wingstop. This redevelopment activates a high-visibility corridor with quality retail brands, exemplifying Cam Group’s strategy of revitalizing underutilized urban assets through strategic leasing and adaptive reuse.
